      <image:caption>Project type: Creative concepting, creative production Suicides among rural Coloradans are rising at an alarming rate. Farmers and ranchers face the challenge of maintaining generational farms and ranches through uncontrollable financial fluctuations, the challenge of physical isolation, and a lack of accessible mental health resources. Unfortunately, many begin to see suicide as a way out of their feelings of endless pressure, disappointment, and pain. We partnered up to produce a short film that shares one Colorado family’s experience with suicide. Accolades: Colorado Fifty 2020 Winner (page 35)</image:caption>

With so many hidden gems for travelers to explore, our challenge was to unite the communities under a singular brand that could also elevate the entire region to the level of ZNP. Working age men make up 7 out of every 10 suicides in the U.S and are 3.63 times more likely to die by suicide than women. These same men are also the least likely to receive any kind of support. Given the magnitude of this nation-wide issue, there had been no public service campaigns that specifically or effectively addressed men and their mental health needs. Enter Dr. Rich Mahogany circa 2012, and we have 1.3 million web sessions and 375k+ head inspections completed from one of the most innovative campaigns to enter the mental health industry.
